​Do you have housekeeping AND hygiene, issues. It's easier to keep things clean then it is to make things clean.  Our maintenance people do not want to get medical shots and boosters shots before doing service. If you have this behavior,  it's best to find a different landlord. In the past we've had plumber's refuse to do work, can you imagine why. This can be corrected quickly with an eviction. Ask about other policies.

No smoking, No Drinking, No Vaping

No mechanical work on Autos.

No storing tires at the property

Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM
 
 
 
This is a 12 month lease,
after that month to month.
