Do you have housekeeping AND hygiene, issues. It's easier to keep things clean then it is to make things clean. Our maintenance people do not want to get medical shots and boosters shots before doing service. If you have this behavior, it's best to find a different landlord. In the past we've had plumber's refuse to do work, can you imagine why. This can be corrected quickly with an eviction. Ask about other policies.

$875.00 Per Month, Security Deposit The Same, GAS PAID. There is a possibility of rent going up after the 6 month lease due to the increase of county property taxes.
